Built around your circumstances

A managed service provider, a council and a business with sites across the country need different things from the same service. We shape it around you, and the case studies below show how.

Reading about a process is not the same as seeing the paperwork. We publish redacted copies of every document you would receive, and the case studies describe real jobs.

What happens next

A second life for working machines

Equipment that still works does not go to waste. We test it, refurbish it and pair it with someone who can put it to use, so a machine you no longer need keeps doing a job for somebody else.

Some go to businesses. Others go to charities and community groups. We also give money. Giving to charity has been part of how we work since we started in 2024: we donate cash, equipment and volunteering time to local charities and community groups, and each month the business backs a cause nominated by a member of the team.

Compare us

What to ask any ITAD provider, and what you get from us

Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes, upper tier. The licence number is on our certifications page, with the rest of our credentials.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, certified through Citation. We are registered with the ICO, and our staff are DBS checked and verified through DBS Check Online. We send the certificates themselves on request.
What insurance do you hold?
Cover is held for professional indemnity, goods in transit, public liability and cyber. Limits and schedules on request, because the figure that matters is the one on the actual schedule.
Who collects the equipment?
Our own staff, in our own tracked vehicles, a minimum of two on every collection. All operational staff are security vetted with enhanced DBS as standard. Collection and transport are never subcontracted.
How is data erased?
Every drive is erased to current NCSC guidance and verified at bit level. Any drive that fails is physically destroyed.
What proof do I get?
A Waste Transfer Note on the day of collection. An itemised asset list within 21 working days. A certificate for each wiped drive, plus one overall Data Destruction Certificate, within 28 working days. See the samples.
Can you handle several sites?
Yes. We work with you on whatever you need: a separate report for each site, one combined report, or a bit of both.
What happens to working equipment?
It is tested and refurbished rather than shredded, then sold or donated to new owners across the UK. We reuse and repurpose as much as possible, and recycle what is left. Around 95% of what we collect is reused or repurposed. That is our average across all collections last year, counted by item, and where we can we use the reuse rate for your own collection.
Do you send anything to landfill?
None of the equipment we collect from clients goes to landfill. It is reused or recycled. The only waste we send to landfill is our own business waste, such as packaging and staff food waste.
Can I get money back?
Sometimes. Collection is free when there is enough reusable value in the load to cover the cost of doing the job. Where there is more than enough, you may get money back. Where there is not, we tell you what it would cost and agree it with you before anything is booked. How we assess value.
Do you report on carbon?
Yes. A Certificate of Carbon Reduction, calculated from your itemised list rather than an estimate, is available on request. You can also see an estimate for your own equipment with our free CO2 calculator.
Where do you cover?
We collect across the UK. Most of our work is along the M4 corridor and in the south of England, and we take on national projects depending on the job.
How quickly can you collect?
Often within days of your enquiry. Larger or multi-site projects need longer, because the logistics take planning. Tell us what you have and where it is, and we will give you a date.
What does ITAD stand for?
IT asset disposal. It means collecting equipment you no longer need, destroying the data on it, and reusing or recycling the hardware. Some people say IT asset disposition.

Tell us what you have and where it is

No obligation. If we are not the right fit we will say so.
