One collection, separate paperwork for every client
We work as an extension of your team. Book one collection and each of your clients gets its own audit trail, so there is nothing for you to untangle afterwards.

One collection, many clients
A separate audit trail for every client
Handled the wrong way, a multi-client collection ends up as one report that you have to split yourself. We build the process around your clients from the start.
Booked in against the right client
Every device is logged against its client from the moment it arrives. Nothing is sorted out afterwards.
Their own paperwork
Each client gets its own Waste Transfer Note, itemised asset list and Certificate of Data Destruction. Individually, not bundled.
Ready to pass on
Each set is ready for your client’s own compliance records, so you can send it straight on.
Testimonials
It has been a massive help and given us some much-needed space back. Plus, it is wonderful to know that the computers might be useful to someone one day.
Selina, Education Business Partnership
Your guys arrived this morning and picked up our recycling items: professional and helpful as always. I did offer them a cup of tea, but they didn’t have time.
Steve Hoyland, Operational Solutions
I’d like to shout out the engineers who performed the collection. Both very friendly and professional, great impression.
Edenred
Thank you for the attached certificate and for the smooth service you have provided throughout this process.

What you get
Your paperwork, and when it arrives
These are the four documents that come with every collection, so you do not have to chase us for any of them.
A Waste Transfer Note
On the day of collection. You get the record that the equipment left your client’s site legally, into the hands of a registered waste carrier.
An itemised asset list
Within 21 working days after collection. You get exactly what we took, item by item, to reconcile against your client’s asset register.
A Certificate of Data Destruction
Within 28 working days. You get the certificate, a manifest listing every device by serial number, and the erasure record for each drive with the method, timestamp and operator.
A Certificate of Carbon Reduction
Within 21 working days after collection. You get the verified CO2 figure for what your client sent us, worked from the itemised collection data rather than an estimate.
Certificates carry your end customer’s details where you provide them. The collection location shows your address rather than the client site. See redacted samples of all four.
How we work with you
An extension of your team, and of the service you offer
When a client’s equipment reaches the end of its life, disposal becomes part of the IT service you provide, and we handle it. We collect, erase and report, and you pass the paperwork on.
Collections book very quickly, sometimes next day, because turnaround is what your own client judges you on.
We specialise in IT disposal, not managed services, so we are not competing with you for your clients’ IT support.
In practice
One MSP, six clients, seven audit trails
A managed service provider booked one collection for its own organisation and six of its clients. Each of the seven needed its own Waste Transfer Note, asset inventory sheet and Certificate of Data Destruction.
We built the process around the seven organisations from the start, so every device stayed with the right client from the moment it arrived. The result was seven separate sets of paperwork across 188 devices, ready to pass straight on. The MSP did not have to work out afterwards which device belonged to whom.
