Three small collections in Swindon, one van, no cost

The clients

In August 2026 we collected from three organisations in Swindon: a puzzle company (60 items), a local hospice (47 items) and a counselling service (24 items). That is 131 items in all.

The problem

On its own, none of the three collections was big enough to be worth sending a van. Each one was small, and a small collection does not cover the cost of getting to it.

What we did

All three organisations are in Swindon, which is close to our facility in Aldbourne. That let us bring the three jobs together. We collected from all three on the same day, in one van.

Batching them did not change the service. Each organisation still received its own separate documents, so none of them had to share paperwork with the others.

The result

All three collections were done at no cost to the organisations. Each one received its own paperwork. The equipment was reused or repurposed where possible, and what could not be was recycled.
