How we protect you

Your data
- Every drive erased to current NCSC guidance

- A drive that fails erasure is physically destroyed, never passed on

- Environmental management. It is why we can evidence where your equipment actually ended up.

Certificates and insurance
All three ISO standards are certified through Citation. We send the certificates themselves on request rather than paraphrasing their scope.
Cover is held for professional indemnity, goods in transit, public liability and cyber. Limits and schedules on request, because the figure that matters is the one on the actual schedule.
Chain of custody
Who handles your equipment
Our own staff, in our own tracked vehicles, a minimum of two on every collection. All operational staff are security vetted with enhanced DBS as standard, and further checks can be arranged where your site requires them.
Collection and transport are never subcontracted. Equipment is unloaded into our own alarmed, CCTV monitored facility with no public access.
Where a third party is involved we say so. A drive that fails erasure, or hardware needing specialist repair, is occasionally sent to an external facility. Ask and you will get a straight answer about which facility and what they hold.
